Effective June 18th, 2001 Nordan Smith acquired
the operating assets of Southern Cryotech Inc. located
in Harvey, Louisiana (New Orleans) With this acquisition,
Nordan Smith will offer a greater selection of services
to the industrial gas industry.

cylinders (VGL’s) is a niche business and fulfills
a great need for industrial gas distributors and
manufactures in the Southern United States.
Within this capital-intensive industry, maintaining
assets to ensure safety and quality packaging is
