Effective December 1, 2003, Nordan Smith discontinued mailing individual invoices and monthly statements to its customers. This change was made in response to many comments from customers complaining of the redundancy of the paperwork they were receiving. This change will effect the vast majority of Nordan Smith customers, however, we will still accommodate those who require any special attention.
